Workers' Compensation Insurance
Workers' Compensation Insurance is required for all construction companies with one employee or if you are a sole proprietor, which include landscape installation and irrigation. It is required for all other companies that have four or more employees. Workers Comp Insurance pays for all medical expenses of an injured worker as well as 2/3 of his or her wages after an initial 7-day waiting period.
